Every member of staff was so friendly we arrived earlier than check in time so the lovely lady behind the desk helped us and recommended us a lovely place to go for breakfast and advise she’d call as soon as the room was ready which she did. We were able to check in a few hours earlier than the check in time! Overall all staff were so happy to help and friendly and even stored our bags for us prior to check in. They also had a work experience guy who was also really lovely. The location is fantastic and close by to attractions and the bed was genuinely the best and comfiest bed I have ever slept on! We’ve noted down the details to purchase on of our own! Highly recommend staying here I would definitely return

Retreat to Peppers Silo for a luxurious stay in Launceston, Tasmania. Love the concept of the hotel and room was spacious. Hotel is located next to an awesome playground and sunset was gorgeous with the Tamar river next to it.

Can’t get more romantic than sleeping in a heritage building, away from the world and soaking up the nature and quietness. We stayed at the red feather room which was absolutely gorgeous, pristine, elegant and comfortable. The fireplace in the room and the bathtub made our stay unforgettable. The continental breakfast was delicious!
