The lodging is located on the Mornington Peninsula, where several high quality public golf courses are located. I started playing golf at The Dunes in 2007 on my first trip to Australia and have regularly played there on many trips. The stylish rooms offer good space and have modern shower and plumbing fixtures. The nearby clubhouse offers a menu with good breakfast and lunch. Golf tee times can be reserved, unless the stay is booked at times when course is closed to public play, such as when large multiday tournaments are held. I've found it possible on most trips to the area to get tee times at The Dunes. I usually stay at a small cottage nearby but this time it was unavailable part of my stay. I would consider the Links Lodge at The Dunes for another stay on future visits. There are in room safes offer an extra layer of security for those concerned about safeguarding travel documents. The lodging is fairly new and opened in the last few years. It is separated from the main clubhouse by a short distance and each unit has parking which is separate from common parking areas. My room was a two minute walk to the restaurant and clubhouse.

Brooklands of Mornington is brilliantly located and set amongst 3 acres of beautiful gardens. Guests enjoy free WiFi and free in-house movies. Great facilities, clean rooms, not too far from Main St shops and restaurants

Mercure Portsea & Portsea Golf Club har panoramaudsigt over Port Phillip-bugten og er en fuldt integreret bygning med Portsea Golfklub. Receptionen er åben fra kl. 08.00 til 18.00. Stunning location, and so peaceful. We had views of the golf course and right out to Port Phillip Bay. A beautiful comfortable room, the balcony was great for a sunset Shiras, cheese and crackers.

Inspired by the natural coastal surroundings, the boutique Flinders Hotel offers luxurious and relaxing accommodation on the Mornington Peninsula, 1.5 hours drive from Cowes and a 75-minute drive from... very impressed with the quality of the accommodation and the excellent service.
