I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Zell am see, This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Our new Design Hotel Soulsisters' enjoys a quiet location 300 metres from the centre of Kaprun, next to the stop of the free ski bus. It features indoor and outdoor pools and free Wi-Fi. Newly renovated hotel, beautifully made, with a taste to the detail. Comfortable room with comfortable beds. The sofa for the child was in fact a super comfortable real double bed! That is very rare. The breakfast was exceptional. The restaurant was very good, although a bit of new cuisine style ( while we would have preferred traditional local). The location is great, in the resort town but still with a beautiful mountain view with overlooking the castle. Service very good. Spa area very good.

We enjoyed our small talks with Iva. She helped us plan our trip by recommending places. The room decoration was also a nice touch
