Everyone we met was great, with no exceptions. The spa facilities are really nice, cozy, and well maintained. We frequented the spa amenities every day, it was the highlight of the trip. The hotel in general had a warm Christmas vibe and a beautiful mountain surrounding. We will repeat this hotel next time we travel to this area.

We could take advantage of a later check-out. It was one of the most amazing accommodations we visited.
