As soon as we arrived for our two night stay I knew we’d made a mistake - we should have booked to stay for much, much longer!!!!Loved everything about the property - beautifully renovated, stylish, comfortable and clean. The outside spaces are amazing. Different places to sit or lounge and all with an amazing view of the Atlantic. All of this and a friendly, helpful host - I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Located just 40 km from Girao Cape, Victoria Ocean View Room provides accommodation in Ponta do Pargo with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a 24-hour front desk. It was a perfect ending for our hike through the island. Wine, electric fireplace, and magnificent view to the sunset in Atlantic Ocean. The place also has a small pool with a view to the ocean, but it was too cold for us to try it. The housekeeper, Maria, was very nice and helpful.

With sea views, Quinta dos Artistas is situated in Santa Cruz and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Immaculately clean, nice apartment, friendly team, great location near the airport

Casinhas da Laurissilva has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in São Vicente, 21 km from Girao Cape. I enjoyed remote location in the forest. House looks better than I expected based on photos; being on two floors creates spacious feeling. Efficient heating. Private waterfall couple of hundred meters away with maintained path from the accommodation. As most of the nights I was alone in the house, the waterfall was just for me. Self-catering facilities so no need to search for restaurants.

With Santana's traditional houses reachable in 16 km, Casa do Ribeiro Frio offers accommodation, a restaurant, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Bkfst not included but it was superb as were the dinners we had there. Staff wonderful. I highly recommend the site.
