Start the hike around the lake early to avoid the crowds.
Start the hike around the lake early to avoid the crowds. Plenty of benches to stop for a rest. Some short steep sections but mostly level on the trail. Highly recommend the experience. With plenty of stops to enjoy the mountain and lake views it took us 3 hours to circumnavigate the lake. Take plenty of water and snack. Us the restroom before heading on the trail. The only toilet facility around the lake was closed. From the lake we visited the cable car in the afternoon. Rafting would be another good option.CynthiaUnited States

The hotel is small, but has everything - good breakfast, wonderful staff (especially Boyan who was very kind and helpful and recommended many beautiful spots in the area), and a small spa, which is booked individually, so we enjoyed an hour in the spa to ourselves. There is a free parking in front of the hotel and it's close to the black lake. We've had an amazing experience and highly recommend this place.

It's located in a new building and offers a cozy, clean, and well-equipped facility. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center and conveniently close to Durmitor Park and Black Lake. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again

The location is really good: easy to reach and in walking distance from Žabljak center where you can find all necessities (supermarket, tourist info, bars, restaurants, ATM). Also, you can park your car in front of the accommodation for free. Black Lake and Durmitor National Park can easily be reached from here.
