The staff were very amicable on my visit. They have coin laundry available on-site. The hotel is located near the popular Hongdae shopping street. There are heaps of places to eat and cafes. There is also a convenience store across the street. It's in a really good location if you plan to enjoy Seoul's nightlife or the shopping/cafe culture. My family and I stayed in the Quadruple Room (cannot speak for the other rooms) and the accommodations are a good value for the price and quite okay. Building is easy to find and very convenient location to Hongdae Shopping Street. Very convenient to subway and Arex train to airport. We were there in November so didn't rely on AC/heating system much. Owner communicates thru WhatsApp, WeChat to provide check-in instructions.

The beds were also comfortable and the room is clean. Our favorite is that they have water refilling stations per floor.
