The room is bigger than what you can find in London. Breakfast is not included, but there is a mini fridge in the room with still and sparkling water (complementary) and a Nespresso machine and two supermarket close by. The bathroom is huge and the furnitures of the room are amazing. Even if the room is above the pub, it is quiet and the neighbourhood very nice.

Short walk from the Hammersmith tube station. The staff were friendly and helpful. A simple but nice complimentary selection of breakfast items - yoghurt, cereal, muffins, cookies, fresh cold milk, coffee and tea - was available in the room or in the communal fridge, which is definitely a plus! As to the pub, we had dinner there once and the food was great. I have two criticisms, neither of which interfered with my overall positive impression: there are a number of stains on the carpet (a tiled floor would look tidier and be easier to clean as well); the room number 1 is quite noisy as it is located next to the staircase which leads to all the other rooms, so you can hear people coming in throughout the night.

This property is well located and can be easily accessible by public transportation from central London and just a few mins walk from the bus stop. This property have a happening pub in the ground floor and the ambience looks great. We visited this property on a weekend and the pub music didn't cause any noise in the room we stayed. The breakfast options were good and we liked the quality and taste. The staff were really welcoming and they truly care about their guests. The rooms were maintained well. Overall it was a great choice and we may definitely consider staying there again.
