Meant to be a family's dream appartment (in a 4 flat house) but its now available for your dream vacation on the Slovenian coast (just book it early). This 3 bedroom flat with its private entrance (115 m2 + 200m2 of terrace and pool) is located in the most peaceful and elite location in Koper, yet still 15 minutes of walk from the center of the town. It has all the amenities (heated pool, BBQ area, Jacuzzi, big outdoor terace, walk-in wardrobe..) needed to relax there for a longer period. Thanks to the excellent connections (3min from the highway) it can also be used to explore the whole territory from Venice (2 hours by car or by boat), to Rijeka or Pula in Croatia, besides Slovenia naturally. Whether you need any information or help the owners of the house are always available to you. Extra offer: - BBQ chief available (ask owners about it) - Fish picnic available (reservations preferred due to high season) - Local food tasting - Wine tasting (the whole Istria is well known for its wine selection) - Boat trips and boat rental - Kids toys available (indoor, outdoor and pool) - Infant bed available
I'm a KAM at Electricity selling company, I speak different languages therefore communication and help with any request should not be a problem. I enjoy good food and drinks, so if asked can suggest you a restaurant or wine cellar to visit.
As already said the appartment is situated in a 4 appartment house in the most elite part of Koper. It has an excellent view, quiet and secure neighbourhood. Its the last proprety in a street of 6 houses so there is no traffic at all. By car it only takes 5min thou to get to the center of Koper, half less to the beach of Žusterna.
