My space is close to family activities, nightlife, and the airport (transfer included at arriving, if possible). You'll love my space because of the views (sea, city gardens), and the location (beach, Porto city park), the environment (concerts, e.g., NOS Primavera Sound - at 40 meters...). Apartment with two rooms, ideal for a family trip or a group of friends who visit Porto together. Located in Matosinhos, next to the beautiful city park of Porto, is located near the beach (200m), and only at one kilometer from the city center of Matosinhos (fresh fishery and seafood markets). The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony overlooking the sea. One bedroom has a double bed; the other bedroom, a single bed and a small desk (see photos, please); there are space for a mattress on the floor, for one or two persons; and two bathrooms. Spacious (110m2), bright and comfortable, with free public parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and a coffee machine. You can access free high-speed WiFi, and cable HD television in the living room and one of the bedrooms.

Residential area, next to the Porto city park and gardens and next to the beach where are some bars, restaurants, and an hypermarket; you also have a convenience store, "Ponto do Dia", in the street corner, open everyday except Monday, between 8 and 20:30. Other: - A balcony overlooking the sea... - The beach is 200 meters away with many bars and nightclubs (e.g., "Kasa da Praia"); - About 5 minutes walk to the Porto City Park (across the street), the largest urban park in Portugal (83 hectares or 0.83 square kilometers); - Less than 10 minutes walk to the city-center of Matosinhos (fresh fishery and seafood markets); - The center of Porto is 27 minutes away by bus (day and night) or Metro (between 6 and 24h); - At 9km from the airport (10 min by car, 55 minutes by subway); transfer included at arriving, if possible (please ask!).
