The hotel Atrio is a small family run rural hotel located on the sunny south side of Madeira Island. Wonderfully placed at the edge of a pine forest, nature lovers and walkers find the perfect alternative to the hustle and bustle of Funchal city. A sizeable cultivated garden invites you to unwind and relax. The 22 rooms are individually decorated and offer a terrace or balcony with a wonderful view. Each rooms includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a bath or a shower. Extras include bath robes and a hairdryer. The price includes a rich and varied breakfast buffet. On arrival, a complimentary bottle of mineral water and fruits are provided. The restaurant is open daily from 13:00 until 22:00 and offers a wide range of homemade dishes including vegetarian dishes. On the first meal, we will welcome you with a Madeira Poncha cocktail or a Madeira wine. There is also a heated outdoor swimming pool, a library and a bar with fireplace.
