Amazing location only 2km's to the town centre and 5km's from the airport. This modern home has ‘wow’ factor! Offering 180-degree breathtaking mountain and lake views from every room. Outstanding indoor and outdoor living with remarkable views. Luxurious master bedroom with its own deck and Hotel style double ensuite. 2 more comfortable double bedrooms. All bedrooms have fantastic views, with their own heat pumps and TV. Relax in the evenings by the large open gas fire - MAGIC. Freestanding, modern home with fantastic living spaces. This is an amazing place to be, whether you are sitting by the open fire in the courtyard, enjoying a glass of something special in the kitchen while making dinner or simply relaxing in the comfort of the lounge while taking in the breathtaking views. The 'Glass Box' design of the upstairs living area, is an inspired sanctuary where the changing light and weather of the famous Remarkable ranges and Lake Wakatipu with its vast horizon and vista's can be truly experienced. Situated on a quiet street at the end of a cul de sac, there is plenty of off road parking and access to a double garage. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and unlimited WIFI
