I am Rabina and I speak French too. Me and my husband have a good command in French. I had also worked in French Embassy in Nepal. I did Master in Tourism and operating a trekking agency "Sunshine Trekking"- together with my husband since 2008. Our home is in the heart of Kathmandu, it is at the best location for the tourist who want to stay nearby Thamel (tourist hub) and tourist bus park which are 5/6 minutes walking distance from home. The house is four and half store which is open to every guests. Every guest has access towards parking, terrace, rooftop, kitchen area, living almost all over the house except the private guest rooms We have different rooms - Double/couple bedroom, Twin beds room, Single bedroom etc. Thus even, you are alone you could interreact with other guests at home or with us. Except one room all rooms are with attached bathroom. All rooms are nice and comfortable with working desk and drawer. The room without attached bathroom is very sunny and has a great view of Swambhunath, surrounding hills. Besides different rooms, we have Two Bedrooms Apartment too in ground floor. It has separate entrance from back of the house. This apartment is good for small family or if you are traveling with friends. It has private kitchen cum living, master bedroom is double bedroom with attached bathroom while as another room is with twin beds. We have a sharing kitchen too which is especially for long stay. We charge some operational cost for this. There is nice and big terrace which give you wonderful view of city and space for Yoga performance. You could admire the wonderful view of sunrise and sunset As we are centrally located nearby tourist Bus Park, one should not be worry for the shopping mall, banks, ATM, restaurant, bus station, taxi etc From the roof top and some rooms, you could enjoy the great view of #Swambhunath stupa, UNESCO heritage site, Hills surrounding like #Nagarjuna Hill, #White Gompa, #Chandragiri and other mountain

Though we live nearby tourist hub, we are in very nice and quiet residential areas. Differents heritage site like Swambhunath (monkey temple), Kathmandou Dubar square, Bhabhateni supermarket, Thamel, Garden of Dreams, Naranhiti Palace Musuem, Tourist bus park are in walking distance. Other World Heritage sites Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Patan are also not far from home. Netritwo Mart, Olive mart, Bhabhateni supermarché, Thamel, Roadhouse, Pizza hut, Fire and Ice, Narayanhiti palais musée, Jardin du rêve, Sanima banque, Modern café, Yangling Restaurant, Thamel House, Chabad House, Thakali Bancha Ghar, Little heaven organic café, Sam's bar, Himalayan map house etc; There is many small shops, shopping mall and complex, supermarket around the home. Local bus or taxi statation is just nearby. Bank, restaurants are also are in walking distance.
