The property is an independent two storied villa (TO BE OCCUPIED BY YOU ONLY) with in a secured complex having its own power backup, car parking, driver''s rest room, swimming pool, gymnasium and well maintained lawns and garden. All these immediately next to a tribal village and in a natural surrounding (Chowpahary forest is only 1 km). There are one bed room , bathroom, sitting room/lobby at each floor. There is a covered balcony and an open terrace at the first floor with an access to the roof. Kitchen and dining space is at ground floor. Both the bed rooms (king beds) are airconditioned . First floor, air cooled, lobby (with two single beds) are open on three sides As the property is at the edge of an huge open field ( where horizon is your limit of vision) a cool breeze starts in the evening and it becomes an experience to remember on a moon lit night with the vast expense of open agricultural field in front of you. You can order for home delivery of food from nearby restaurants (200 m ) or walk down to the nearby hotel (500m) . The locality has a well developed tourist support system with easily available transport options and renowned food joints nearby.
