Maytown Villa is an exceptionally large one-bedroom house, custom designed and built in 2019 by Irish architect John Masterson. The house is the perfect retreat for tranquility, fresh sea air and wide open skies. Winter or summer, the house is filled with sunlight with beautiful garden views. Enjoy exclusive use of the half acre private garden, with formal parterre herbs and coastal grasses, classic benches and outdoor dining terrace, giving way to a large lawn bordered by blackberry hedges. Hear the sound of the sea, and glimpse the sea and ships from the roof terrace accessed from the master bedroom. Inside, on the ground floor, wonder at the immense custom red kitchen with silestone worktop, top-end appliances (two Siemens ovens, two fridges, Miele dishwasher, Miele induction hob), woodburner, beautiful furnishings, BoConcept dining table and chairs. Upstairs is an enormous bedroom with cathedral ceiling, four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, separate tub, double vanity. Also upstairs is the separate WC.
