In spite of travel difficulties resulting in an inconvenient check in time, Darinka arranged for someone to meet us at the apartment to let us in. When she was subsequently available she checked to make sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. Communication with Darinka was fabulous and she was extremely responsive.
