Property description The Villa is located 4 km from the organised famous Xi beach where one can find water sports, games rings, get jet-ski rides etc. The Estate exudes nobility from both the Lygourian style 2,5 acre garden but also from the special traditional stone Villa situated within. In southern Paliki, west of the Lixouri city and between two famous beaches, Xi beach with the red sand and Laggadakia with its white pebbles, lies the Traditional Stone Villa Ydria built according to traditional Venetian Genoese architecture, influenced by people who lived in Cephalonia early in the last century.
The Villa is located 4 km from the organised famous Xi beach where one can find water sports, games rings, get jet-ski rides etc. The Xi beach is famous for its unique red colour sand but also for its services offered to adults and children, sports and food facilities. The Xi beach boasts clear waters and a beach particularly accessible to children. The Caretta - Caretta turtle is a frequent visitor on the Xi beach, which due to its width, allows the turtles to lay their eggs. For those on the lookout for something different, we propose the Laggadakia beach (pebble) situated only 2 Km from the Villa. The beach can be reached both by car and by foot, through a magnificent hiking route of varied and unique landscape. Changes in the landscape, rocky coasts, small and large beaches can be found to suit any taste. The clear, clean waters invite you to take a dip. The area is ideal for fishing and in particular for eels, groupers, snappers and lobster. Don’t forget the fishing equipment for the challenges are many.
