The guest house is 66 square meters two stories and not attached to any other building. It also has an additional 24 square meters of balcony with sea view and private terrace with garden view. Perfect for a family of two adults and two children. Downstairs is the full kitchen to make your breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with table for four. The living room has sofa that turns into one double or two single beds. Plus bathroom with shower. Upstairs is the very large bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bathtub and three sided balcony. The house is the size of three 22 square meter hotel rooms.
My name is Panos. I was born on Zakynthos. Grew up in California, USA. I have been in the hospitality industry all my life. Moved back to Zakynthos in 2002 and opened Agios Sostis Village Apartments. I like to share with my guest's my knowledge of all the good and the bad things that occur on our beautiful island. I love to travel, restore old things, and to cook and eat good food.
Looking for a traditional Greek place to enjoy tranquility, amazing view and easy access to everywhere on the island? Then, The Guest House is the place. The house is located 100 meters above the port of Agios Sostis, inside the olive groves. The beach is 100 meters and offers sunbeds, boat rental, turtle spoting trips, snorkeling around Cameo island, and many traditional cafe/bars with beautiful views of the port of Agios Sostis and Cameo island. For crazy and unforgettable/unbelievable days and nights, Laganas main street is only a ten minute walk.
