Simatos αpARTments & Studios is situated in a quiet area, just 2-3 minutes’ walk from the famous award-winning Makris Yialos beach offering sun beds, beach bars and water sports. Set amongst well-kept green gardens with trees, the uniquely styled, air-conditioned studios and apartments Simatos are bright and attractively decorated with fine artistic touches. All include an oven with cooking rings, kettle, teapot and coffee maker. Laundry service and safes are provided upon request and extra charge. Free WiFi, free parking and a children’s play area are available. Other hotel facilities include a table-tennis table, a mini-football course and a paddling pool. Within walking distance from Simatos αpARTments & Studios guests can reach Lassi, where they can find shops and taverns.

Lampros and Stella
Relax in the 4500 meters of garden with trees, flowers, grass, loungers, children's playground, table tennis and a small football field. Cool off in our "splash pool" (averaging 45cm SAFE DEPTH for small children), read a book on its shore or just relax in the calming environment. Walking to Makris Gialos beach, is only 210 meters, with no main road in between and the water on the beach gradually deepens, something very important for small children and for many adults. There are also 3 pool bars very close, which are 1-3 minutes walk away.
Stella, being a ceramic and painting artist, for more than 25 years now, has been constantly creating in her workshop and also decorating inside and outside spaces, since she is also a lover of decoration. There is no doubt that something literally fascinates her, leaving Lambros the job of assistant - certainly not less valuable. (It is worth noting that Stella has studied P.H. at UNIWA, from where she graduated as a Public Health inspector in 1989. This means that she is particularly sensitive to health issues.) Our message is, that offering tourism services is not just about profit. It's a part of us. Giving priority to man, this is an outward expression of our inner life, which reflects in the joy of our guests, who come here from a great distance to pay us with their labors.
The neighborhood is very quiet, with friendly neighbors. There are many trees, birdhouses, cicadas and butterflies that make up the perfect scenery for your holiday.
