Property was close walking distance to town - Eleni was a great host, helping us organise a transfer from the port to the property and a hire car for the time we were there. She also provided us with beach towels and an umbrella which was lovely. Our room was cleaned daily with clean towels to use. The balcony/ patio outside our room was nice to sit outside in the afternoon

the accomodation was perfectly located in pollonia with easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and a local beach. the accomodation was comfortable with adequate facilities for a short term stay including coffee machine and refrigerator. the best thing thing about the property was the people! eleni, the host, was the best host we’ve had in greece! she possessed the best customer service and hospitality skills with providing in person check in, providing a map, highlighting essential locations and restaurants to visit, providing a beach umbrella and in general, being exceptionally communicative before and during our stay.

The Pente Elies in Pollonia is a lovely base (although would definitely recommend a car, with parking provided at the apartmet/hotel). Eleni was a wonderful host, providing great recommendations for places to eat and things to see. She was also very accomodating with our late running ferry, and transport was still there to pick us up even late at night.

Eleni, the host, was very nice, available and gave us a lot of recommendations to visit Milos. The apartment is very calm and typical. It was close to everything in Pollonia. There is space to park just in front of the apartment. The cleaning was done every day. I strongly recommend it :)

Eleni is a fantastic host who could not have done more for us. Eleni communicated with me from the minute I booked this hotel and helped organise a car rental and a transfer from the port. George who picked us up was helpful, professional and very informative. When we arrived Eleni talked us through the whole island and her recommendations which was brilliant! The room was clean and perfect for our stay. The cleaner attended every day which was fab. The location is excellent, it is a 2 minute walk to the restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries and a little beach and as with anywhere on the island it is super easy to get to the beaches by car (there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel which we did not use but saw many people do so). Thank you Eleni, you have been an amazing host you were always on the other end of the phone whenever we needed you and you have a wonderful hotel which I recommend without hesitation.
