Monopolio Waterfront Apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, on Zakynthos Town costal road, known as Strada Marina. It can accommodate up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms. Two of them have 1 double bed each and they share common bathroom with shower. The third bedroom features 1 single bad and it has built-in bathroom with shower. The spacious living room is oriented at the east and is the perfect spot to watch the marvelous spectacle of sun rise. It also features a large L shape couch, piano, fireplace and portable bar with all equipment. You can prepare delicious meals in the ultra modern and fully equiped kitchen and enjoy it at the dinning area. The whole apartment is decorated and furnished with items of exceptional taste and style, with fine elements and warm colours, a genuine urban touch that will thrill you. Do not miss the chance to enjoy the wonderful view to the port and sea at the elegant lounge area at the veranda, watching ferries come and go and the sun rise with its spectacular colors.
