You are situated right between the centre of town and the beautiful Eastbourne seafront, it will take you just a short 5 minute walk to reach either destination. The town centre has just undergone a multi-million pound renovation with the development of the Beacon Centre. There is a huge selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars for you to explore. The property itself has two bedrooms, the master enjoys a king-size double and the second bedroom has a bunkbed with two full sized single beds. The bathroom includes a bath with shower over and all towels and linen is provided for your stay. The property is fully equipped with all you will need for a self-catering break, parking permits can be purchased at 2 pounds per day and free WiFi is included throughout.
