No1 Kennington Court is a modern three bedroom, four bathroom townhouse centrally located in the beautiful North Wales coastal resort of Llandudno. The property is located within a few minutes walk of the Victorian town centre and equidistant from the two beaches, the North Shore and the West Shore, which are approximately 8 minutes walk. There is private off road parking for up to three cars which is essential in the height of the summer. There is a small secluded patio, ideal for sunbathing and alfresco dining Llandudno has a variety of pubs and restaurants all within walking distance of the house and Venue Cymru, the local theatre has a full programme year round, including the Welsh National Opera. As well as the beaches and the shops other local attractions include the Victorian pier, the mile long promenade, the two golf courses and the Great Orme which the house overlooks. This property is a town house with stairs on three levels, so it isn't suitable for very small children & toddlers. However, children are welcome and it is an ideal location for the park and beaches. A travel and cot and highchair is available on request.

We are David and Jayne and have been living around Llandudno for our whole lives. We love showing off the beautiful Welsh coast we live on. Llandudno is a seaside resort, town and community in Conwy County Borough, Wales, located on the Creuddyn peninsula, which protrudes into the Irish Sea. Llandudno is the largest seaside resort in Wales, and as early as 1861 was being called 'the Queen of the Welsh Watering Places. Mostly owned by Mostyn Estates, the Great Orme is home to several large herds of wild Kashmiri goats originally descended from a pair given by Queen Victoria to Lord Mostyn. These goats are also known to frequently roam the main streets of Llandudno. The summit of the Great Orme stands at 679 feet (207 m). The Summit Hotel, now a tourist attraction, was once the home of world middleweight champion boxer Randolph Turpin. The limestone headland is a haven for flora and fauna, with some rare species such as peregrine falcons and a species of wild cotoneaster (cambricus) which can only be found on the Great Orme. The sheer limestone cliffs provide ideal nesting conditions for a wide variety of sea birds, including cormorants, shags, guillemots, razorbills, puffins, kittiwakes, fulmars and numerous gulls. There are several attractions including the Great Orme Tramway and the Llandudno Cable Car that takes tourists to the summit. The Great Orme also has the longest toboggan run in Britain at 750m long.
