Ocean City Retreats is a husband and wife team, Geoff and Jude, who own numerous properties in Plymouth. Great customer service is paramount to their on going success, and they genuinely care about their guests. Designed to put a smile on your face! This 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroom maisonette is perfect for those wanting to be right in the middle of everything. Located just behind the Barbican and overlooking Hoe park, and with it's own parking space, it could not be more convenient. 'Upside down' with a private entrance at the rear of the property (where the car parking space is) on the lower ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, the main bedroom has a kingsize bed and doors out on to a small private outside area. The second smaller twin room has a small built in wardrobe, and space under the beds for suitcases. There is also a large family bathroom and stairs up to the ground floor, where you will find a lounge, kitchen/diner and shower room. There is another entrance at this level, which goes out on to a shared hallway and takes you out on to the street. Cosy and a bit quirky (the stairs have a definite lean to them, let alone the decor!) *please note there is cctv covering the car parking space, and also the shared entrance doorway at the fron of the building

The property is tucked away in a street just behind the bustling Barbican harbour area of the city, so some noise is to be expected at times. The parking is accessed down a cobbled back lane, that is undulating in places so not especially suited to very low cars. The Barbican, Hoe, city centre and Royal William Yard are all within walking distance, as are numerous ferry's and water taxis that can take you further afield.
