For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.

A bed turn-down service is available upon request. The outdoor swimming pool area with its outdoor paddling pool, are open from April to September, according to weather conditions. The hammam and sauna are reserved for adults over the age of 18. This is subject to availability and upon reservation. The first session is free (15 to 60 min) and then it is EUR 12 per session as from 7 nights. Please see the front desk for more information. A security deposit of EUR 300 for Studios and 2-bedroom apartments and EUR 400 for 3-bedroom apartments is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that only 1 pet is allowed per accommodation, upon prior request. The following charges apply: - EUR 10 per pet per day or EUR 46 per pet per week.

For single rooms (without kitchen) : Sheets, end of stay cleaning and towels are included regardless of the length of stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
