The "Panorama 360 °" is a 70 m2 apartment for 6 people, located on the 4th and last floor of a small building in an extremely quiet and silent area. The building does not have an elevator, but this small inconvenience is more than made up for by the view from the windows of this beautiful apartment. The apartment is right in the centre, 50 m from the Viking beginner’s slopes, 150 meters from the Diable chairlift and 350 meters from the Jandri Express cable car. Supermarket, ski rental, restaurants, ski schools and shops nearby -1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200) with large cupboards -1 bedroom with bunk beds with large closets -1 dining area open to the kitchen -1 large living room with 1 sofa bed (160 x 200 x 18) is separated by a sliding door. When the sofa is configured as a bed, it does not interfere with the liveability of the living room -1 fully equipped kitchen -1 bathroom with bathtub / hydro massage / shower, sink, bidet -Separate WC -Chimney -Balcony 12 m2 facing south -Parking of the building -WIFI and Netflix access -Ski locker on the ground floor
My name is Jeremy Edwards, I have lived and worked in Les Deux Alpes for a long time now, once qualified as ski instructor I opened the European ski & snowboard school. The apartment (Panorama 360°) I am now renting is my own property however I have decided to rent as due to the uncertainty of present times I have opted to live in smaller accommodation, this choice will hopefully provide others with the privilege of the amazing views and scenery that can be appreciated from all sides of this comfortable apartment.
The ski resort of Les Deux Alpes stands out for its great liveability, thanks also to a walk of more than 2 km. completely flat and dotted with shops and restaurants. Les Deux Alpes is one of the rare ski resorts where it is possible to skiing even in the height of summer, thanks to its glacier that reaches up to 3600 meters above sea level. I let you imagine the quality of the winter snow and the skiable extension of more than 200 km. of groomed trails! Starting from the top of the glacier, towards La Grave, in spring, there is one of the most beautiful off-piste in France. Both in winter and in summer Les Deux Alpes has one of the best equipped snow parks in Europe. With the brand new blue slope that descends into the village, the return in the evening is guaranteed on a slope suitable for almost all levels of skiers. In summer, in addition to skiing, it is possible to practice a multitude of other sports and recreational activities of all kinds. The resort is located 1 hour by car from Grenoble and Briançon so, even out of season, for lovers of tranquility, it can be an excellent starting point for walks in the Des Ecrins natural park or visits to the cities of the region.
