Our two flats "Verde" and "Aqua", are part of a listed industrial ensemble in which our design agency "Dreipunkt" is also based. Therefore, the check-in for both flats takes place within our agency rooms and opening hours. The entrance to the agency is located directly at Körnerstraße 56 on the right side of the building. Our agency is open from 9:00 - 18:00 hrs. Later arrival dates, even on weekends, are of course always possible by arrangement.
Cosy living behind historical walls with industrial charm in the middle of Leipzig's southern suburb. The cosy Loft Apartment "Verde" is located in a listed industrial ensemble, has a room size of approx. 25 sqm and has a functional kitchen and a modern bathroom with floor-level shower in addition to the living and bedroom. In the room there is also a small built-in wardrobe for clothes behind a door. Our flats, close to the pulsating "Karli", are perfect for city dwellers and directly connected to the public transport network with tram and suburban train.
In our flat you will find all amenities. The industrial charm of the former resident companies has been maintained after the renovation of the building complex. Not far from the flat you will find the busy Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Excursions to the Leipzig lake district are on your to-do list while you are a guest in Messestadt. The historic Bavarian railway station with its S-Bahn station is only a few hundred metres away.
