The townhouse is double storey with three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Kitchen, dining and living areas, and another restroom downstairs. The house is well equiped with bed linens, aircon, towels, kitchen essentials, dryers and 4K Netflix TV. We are strictly a NO PARTY and NO UNINVITED GUESTS stay. NO LOUD NOISE and NO MUSIC. NO PARKING ON COMMON AREA, FRONT THE GARAGE OR DRIVEWAY. Disobeying these rules will see your stay CANCELLED. Due to bylaws about the noise, Air condition must be turn off from 10pm to 8am. Parking is limited for one small standard car. If you have a big car or another car, please find the parking on the street. Parking at the driveway or at the front of the house is not allowed. Five minute parking for pick up and drop off is allowed. Otherwise, toll service will be called by Strata/neighbours and toll service fee needs to be paid by guests. When you arrive, please find the parking on the street and walk down the driveway to access the house. Be aware the driveway is a bit deep and you need to walk slowly. The house has no facilities for people with disabilities. Only guests that you have nominated on your booking are allowed to stay at the house.This is closely monitored and any breaches will lead to your stay being cancelled immediately. Smoking is not allowed inside and outside. We require your ID and names of all guests sent to us before check-in date and PIN for key lock will send to you for self check-in.
We are full time working couple with young children. We love travelling and have visited a lot interesting cities and landmarks around the world. Most of the time, we often stayed at private accomodation. Therefore, we would like to offer a comfortable and convenient holiday home for all the guests who want to explore and have a fun time in Wollongong and on the beach.
The house is located in the best part of the city (North Wollongong). It is is just 950 m to North Wollongong beach and Pepe's on the beach at Novotel, 800m to Wollongong Habour, 650m to North Wollongong Station, 500m to Wollongong CBD and Crown st Shopping Mall, 700 m to free buses, 600m to popular North Wollongong Hotel pub, 500m to Illawarra Hotel pub. It is a walk distance to famous Lagoon restaurant. It is 2.3km to Win Stadium , 3.7km to University of Wollongong and 10km to Nan Tien Tample. Easy to access to M1 freeways to drive to Kiama, Jamberoo Action Park for 30 minutes and Jervis Bay and Kangaroo Valley for one hour. You don’t need a car to stay at this house as everything in a short walk with all the good restaurants, pubs and beaches around. Wollongong free bus 55A &55C , just 10 minutes walk, near Novotel North Wollongong to go around Wollongong. North Wollongong station is just 10 minutes walk if you take a train from/to Sydney.
