For families or groups looking to immerse themselves in Wollongong’s laidback lifestyle, this townhouse is all about easy, breezy living just moments from the beach. You’ll enjoy spacious interiors that flow to idyllic outdoor spaces, including a patio with alfresco dining and a balcony upstairs. Entering the home, the living and dining area is open plan and flows to the garden. There’s a large dining table for meals at home and a breakfast bar to take things slow in the morning. Cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils, or out on the BBQ. In the evening, get cosy on the recliner sofa with a good book or spot of TV. There’s a powder room on this level as well as laundry facilities, comprising both a washing machine and dryer. You’ll find all the bedrooms located upstairs.
