Point Break is a fully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with waterfront access via a private pathway. It is situated on the shores of St Georges Basin, which is a tidal natural lake. This quant, refurbished cottage offers views of the lake from the master bedroom and also from the verandah. Enjoy lunch or afternoon drinks whilst relaxing with panoramic views. A private BBQ area is available for your use as well as a well appointed renovated kitchen. Kangaroos, possums and parrots call the area home, and use the garden as a thoroughfare, especially early morning and afternoon. The Basin is ideal for swimming, fishing and boating. You are also only steps away from The Basin Walk, a easy stroll along the lakeside with lush vegetation and wonderful birdlife.
Point Break is a private cottage that is ideal for a quiet retreat or for a getaway with the family. Stunning views of St George's Basin from the deck and the master bedroom. Only a few short steps to the lake itself and The Basin Walk. Your time here will be well spent in quiet relaxation. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the abundant bird life. Only a ten minute drive away from Jervis Bay and its white sand, whale and dolphin watching. A 15 minute drive to Boodoree National Park or world famous Hyam's Beach, know for it's spectacular white sand. A 10 minute walk to Paradise Beach reserve with childrens' play equipment and undercover BBQ facilities. 1.2km drive to Clifton Park Learn to Ride for kids. Paradise Beach Rd shops are a 3 minute drive away and include IGA, BWS a variety of food options including Pizza, Fish and Chips, Indian and Chinese. There is also a bakery and a couple of cafes too. The Country Club is a 3 minute drive away, enjoy a round of golf or a great meal. Shoalhaven Zoo is a 35 minute drive and a great option for a family day out. Palm Beach, the most popular spot for swimming in the Basin area is a 20 minute walk along the Basin Walk or a 3 minute drive.
