The large garden includes a football pitch, a children’s playground and table tennis tables. The hostel provides rental bicycles and storage space for skis. Extremely clean place, with a big and nice breakfast. Big common area. Very silent and with a lovely view.

Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Private parking is available on site. This was the best hostel ever!! The amenities and beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very private. It looked exactly like the pictures. The host even let us store our bags overnight because we were going on an overnight hike the day after.

The hostel offers a children's playground. You can play table tennis at Strandbad Steckborn mit Herberge, Camping & Glamping, and the area is popular for cycling. Very friendly Manager who received us. The two cleaning ladies were lovely. Smiling and ready to assist.

The units in the hostel are fitted with a coffee machine. With a shared bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer, rooms at Privatzimmer 300m zur S-Bahn also have free WiFi. At the accommodation all rooms come with bed linen and towels. The room was clean and comfortable, check in was great. There was coffee in the room and A nice bakery just around the corner for breakfast. Not far from the train station .

The spacious rooms feature a private bathroom with a shower. Extras include bed linen.

A public swimming pool is 400 metres away. Guest cards are available for purchase, that allow for discounts at several local attractions. Awesome location and staff. Unfortunately wasn't able to stay for the entire duration due to my son's sudden fever, but indeed it was a pleasant stay. Would definitely like to stay again

Guests of Jugendherberge Romanshorn can play table tennis and tabletop football. There is also a snack bar and a children’s playground. Within walking distance of the seepark!

The hostel features free Wi-Fi and all bookings include a buffet breakfast. Healthy 3-course dinners are on offer daily (booking required in advance), drinks & snacks are available in self-service fridges at reception. Food can be eaten in the dining room or outside on the garden terrace. What to write here to explain how wonderful time we had here... I have to start first with Michelle and Chris, two best persons we ever encountered behind the reception and managing a hostel. It started all with our 2,5h delay or arrival due to the unplanned Gotthard tunnel closing. We were stuck in a traffic jam and arrived around 19:30h instead of 17h. They were so kind and organized our dinner even in that time (initially planned for 18:30h), so when we arrived after our long trip from Italy it was nice and warm and delicious. During our stay there, they have been all the time super friendly, helpful and professional. This place is lucky to have them and without them it would never be the same. Our family room was nice and cosy with the great view of the lake and green fields and mountains around. Birds were waking us in the morning and it felt so great to be so close to nature. Very clean room and the whole place was clean in general. Our kids also had a great time with free activities there (play room, table tennis, table soccer). We are already looking and making plans to come back in the near future. It is not possible to give a higher review than 10/10 so we give only 10 here. I propose booking.com to make some possibility to give option for 'the best ever' mark/sign which can be used once per year or something and only on an exceptional case because this place is definitely exceptional.

The castle-like Youth Hostel Schaffhausen is a 20-minute walk from the Munot and Old Town. A buffet breakfast and a variety of meals can be enjoyed on the sun terrace or in the restaurant, and free WiFi access is available. Lovely old house surrounded by gorgeous big trees and green space. Very friendly staff, and convenient parking!

The private rooms and dormitories are simply yet tastefully furnished. The shared bathrooms can be found on the corridor. Some units feature access to a barrier-free shower.

Canoes and kayaks can be rented on site and the Youth Hostel Kreuzlingen also offers guided canoe tours for groups. Amazing location and view, amazing staff - one of a kind place

This youth hostel is just a 15-minute walk from St. Gallen’s Old Town and 100 metres from the Birnbäumen Train Station. It enjoys a green hillside location overlooking the city.

The Youth Hostel St. Gallen features a children’s playroom, a library, and an internet corner. Guests can play table tennis on site and use the free Wi-Fi in public areas. The staff was very supportive. They actually provided me a good service as well as additional information about the area around.
