Udaipur
Tamasha Udaipur has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Udaipur. This 3-star hostel offers a bar. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. The owners of Tamasha Udaipur have personally created a unique, great atmosphere. They took opportunities to hang out and get to know guests, creating a great sense of community. They really looked out for guests’ wellbeing, helping me sort out when and how to get to the train station after I checked out (even staff walking with me to the nearest rickshaw before dawn, which prevented the need to even do any dreaded negotiation with the rickshaw driver). The owners were also really interested in my feedback of very minor ways to make the place even better. The view from the two terraces (as well as the private room I stayed in) was amazing and in my opinion not much different from luxury (and ultra expensive) hotels nearby. I found the pictures on booking.com of the view from the private room I booked to be accurate to what I actually saw, which was nice to know what view I was getting. The private room I stayed in was very clean. I didn’t pay luxury hotel prices and don’t expect luxury hotel amenities, so I found it exceptional value for money. I found the bed to be comfortable.

One of the budget friendly as well as well maintained hostels in jaislamer. The staff was very supportive, there were some issues with me regarding the atm. But thanks to Mr. Lucky, I was able to sort that out. The desert safari they offered was great. Got a chance to sleep under the stars as well as make some new international connections. They even offered a free pickup and drop off even though it was walkable from the bus station. I would prefer to stay here again for my next visit.

- Very beautiful Hostel! With of course a amazing roof top terasse. - good food - great sunrise tour that they are providing, you should definitvely do it! - good place to meet people - great location, right in the centre. It's pretty calm and safe there. - Very friendly stuff
The absolute best hostel. Captain Jack makes sure everyone happy. He took me out on his motorbike to see some sites. The rooftop is a perfect place to hang out and meet other travellers. Great location. Great breakfast and delicious chai. I celebrated Holi there and Captain Jack took us all out and made sure we stayed safe. Highly recommend staying here when you are in Jaipur.
Everything! The view from the upstairs is breathtaking. The hostel also has a great location within walking distance from the main tourist attractions. The stuff and owners were very polite and cooperative which made the stay at the property even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hostel if you want a budget, comfortable and enjoyable stay in Udaipur
Simply the best hostel I’ve stayed at in India so far. The private room and bathroom was the cleanest (hot water did take some minutes to get hot but that’s the norm) Staff were friendly, helping me in advance with sunrise tour, booking a taxi to Jodhpur. The rooftop was amazing to chill at with some beers at sunset. Quite social as well. Sunrise tour they organised for cheap. Location is amazing. Few minutes walk from the city palace and many restaurants nearby.
I stayed there in female dormitory for 1 night. It is Very Safe & Secure For Females. Beautiful place and beautiful ambience.. this place has two beautiful trees in the common area which gives the hostel b extremely beautiful vibe.. Host is so welcoming and helpful.. Rooftop has amazing view.. if you want to get sun bath you can go to terrace as well..
Wow! That’s definitely one of the best hostels I ever was around the world. Super clean, great and helpful employees, tasty food and everything is cheap. The view from the roof top is amazing. Clear recommendation!!!
Great location, hostel looks amazing, the terrace has an awesome view. I think this is the best hostel in the city, I am really happy that I stayed there. Would reccomend!
one of the best hostel , very helpful staff and great location very safe for female solo travellers
The property was ok but it’s not for backpackers. I feel the purpose of a hostel is to provide cheap stay and food. They provide you cheap stays but charge you a double price in meal so I don’t understand this logic.
