Jonathan is a really pleasant host and the vibe of the place is cool! Rooms are clean and bed comfy, and big plus for the shated kitchen! Also every morning through out the day there was coffee at the jardín and places to hang around.

LETICIAS GUEST HOUSE features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Leticia. The hostel also provides free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Leticias Guest House served as a great base from where to explore Amazonas, and doubly more so for us non-Spanish speakers. If coming to Amazonas, I would book them first and then plan the rest of trip in location. The hostess and her son were very friendly and spoke excellent English - and were always available to help out planning my activities. Through the Guest House, I got a customized and authentic two-day trip to the rainforest with an interpreter with me, and with a very good price. I also really loved the food the Guest House offered. Ate breakfast every morning and a customized supper. Location was nicely next to the Santander park and easily within the walking distance from the port. When I left, I walked to the airport which was a nice 15-minute trek. I initially only stayed 1 night, but ended up coming back for the rest of the trip.

It has all the little things that made it really great: shampoo in the bathroom, letting you check in a little early, personal fan and light beside bed. The location is good too, plus cats for any cat lovers
