We had a problem with the room heater which was not switching off. But the host promptly provided us with a second room. In the same hostel we had one more booking after completing the Ring road trip. We opted payment at location but before some day of our stay, the hostel tried to get the payment but was rejected as by credit card is pin locked. Since my payment was rejected due to pin locked my booking was cancelled and I have to book another room at the last moment. This situation give us tension or nothing on us. Please look into this type of situation. Booking.com should also take care

Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed at. Friendly staff, (lots of) clean bathrooms, good location, great WiFi, lounge/chill areas, nice kitchen and laundry center. Stayed in the 42-bed dormitory and its not as bad as it sounds, it has 4 aisles with beds which makes it feel more like you're in a 12-bed dormitory.

Value for money, comfortable rooms, spacious kitchen with everything you might need. Location is very good, just 15-20min walk from the center. Bathrooms are big, there are plenty of them in each floor and they are very clean. Reception area is also spacious with good atmosphere. Free car parking next to the hostel.

L'habitació era molt espaiosa i tenia un encant especial. Les zones comunes estan molt ben ambientades, hi ha dutxes i lavabos suficients, sempre nets. El bar i la zona de recepció té un ambient espectacular.
