All the amenities are clean, pleasant to use and create a special “home like” atmosphere. There is kitchen available, very nice coffee machine with GOOD coffee beans. There is even old fashioned pop corn machine. Gym, sauna, you can even book kayaking tour. When we stayed there orcas were in the fjord near by. Owner of the hotel told us about it and we went orcas watching. So cool! The owner of the hotel is just the kindest and the coolest person! No need to drive for famous views of Reine, you literally see them from the hotel. Very convenient hike to Reinebringen. And the most epic is that if the weather is bad, you don’t go hiking. But as soon as you see the glimpse of the sun, you can easily hike the mountain.

Skagakaia is located in Bø i Vesterålen. Offering a restaurant, serving breakfast and dinner based on local ingredients and tradition. WIFi, parking and bed linen are free. Everything. This place is a GEM. It’s a bit out there, but I like places that are a bit more removed. The view is spectacular, the room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, I arrived super late due to ferry schedules and was met by the owner who recognized I’d not eaten and made me dinner. We sat up and chatted for ages, she was so kind. It’s been just amazing and I can’t recommend this place enough.

Located in Kabelvåg in the Nordland region, Lofoten Kabelvåg-small apartment features accommodation with free private parking. The property features sea views. Perfect location just 4 miles from Svolvær where we departed our Hurtigruten ship. The property is just off the harbor with a water view out the kitchen window. The apartment nicely remodeled and appointed with beautiful cabinets and appliances and was very comfortable. Great off-street parking with a grocery store nearby. The host visited us to explain how to use the appliances and made suggestion on places to dine as well as sightseeing opportunities.

Joker Bø is situated in Bø i Vesterålen. The property has sea and mountain views. The property also offers private parking and facilities for disabled guests.

Det Gamle Hotellet Guesthouse features rooms in Reine. Free WiFi is provided. All units at the guest house are fitted with a seating area. The bed, it’s so comfortable. The location, Reine is tiny, but it’s right in the center. Fridge and kettle available (instant coffee and tea too). Room was really spacious (two comfortable chairs and a coffee table). Beautiful views. Very clean.

Set in Sortland in the Nordland region, Art Studio has a patio and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. This is just the perfect place with a perfect host, great music, art and a nice neighbourhood. They stepped when public transport was weak.

Featuring a terrace, Frugga Feriehus og leilighet is a holiday home, located in Hovden. Guests benefit from patio. Such a stunning, remote location – we couldn’t believe the views. The host was incredibly nice and the apartment was well-equipped, I was pleased to see an induction hob and even a dishwasher. Very comfy bed and the room even had AC, which was quite helpful as it got quite hot during our stay due to the 24 hours of daylight in the summer months. Everything was exceptionally clean as well. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Mo Gjestegård is located in Mo i Rana and offers a garden and a shared lounge. The property features inner courtyard and quiet street views. The ladies were very friendly and made us feel like we were at home. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great
