The units are equipped with heating facilities. Lots to eat, well cooked and served with smile. John and Ed were warm and friendly. My suitcases were carried up to my room. No extra charges for tea and milk in my room. WiFi connection excellent. Guests quiet and pleasant. No noise from other rooms.

Enjoying excellent sea views, The Broadwater Guest House in Morecambe offers well-appointed rooms and a full English breakfast on the Lancashire coast. This high-quality guest house provides free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was excellent, even porridge with a dash of whiskey (old Scottish recipe). Surpassed many hotels at 3 times the price. Only observation would be that parking could be a problem in the busy season.

Situated along Morecambe Bay, The Ashley is just 8 minutes’ walk from the centre of Morecambe. Featuring views over the sea, towards the Lake District hills, it offers free private parking and free Wi-Fi throughout. Had a very enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast room was lovely with the view across the bay. Enjoyed the kippers!
