Staff were all lovely good location very clean gym an swimming pool great. Could do with air conditioning very hot day room boiling desk fan in room noisy and didn't really do anything..had room door propped open to get a breeze. Would like safety deposit boxes in rooms. Overall though very good hotel again lovely staff.

I got an upgrade which was very nice! The room had a desk so I could work there although the internet wasn't great - I tethered off of my 5G most of the time. Having acess to the swimming pool and sauna was really nice!

We had a lovely family stay here (with our 3 year old and 5 month old baby) lovely swimming pool, our room was perfect size with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The food in the restaurant was excellent at dinner and breakfast, we had a really great break. The staff were so friendly and welcoming to us with our children, we stayed Friday night and the place had a very good vibe. Thank you to everyone at the grovesnor for making our stay so special, we will see you again soon :-)

Lovely hotel with swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa. All staff were so lovely and put the customer first. I didn’t get her name but there was a waitress at our evening meal who was fantastic - eager to help. Spa was great. We didn’t book treatments but the pool, steam room and jacuzzi were just what we needed.
