Hotel was much better than I expected, being part of a Coach Company owned chain. Room was clean, no view but that was expected. Plenty of tea making supplies in room and more easily obtained in Reception. Great evening entertainment Breakfast was great, served by lovely staff Reception guy was fantastic and provided me with a safe parking space for my unique ex Roger Moore TV Classic Car A great hotel - will definitely use again

Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, value for money, food in cafe/lounge was very good. Games room, for the most part,. Entertainment, though sometimes a bit risky. Kids club very much enjoyed by youngest guest. Great location right across from tram stop. Ideal for a short family break.
