Daniel took care of us since the moment we arrived until the very last moment we left. Upon arrival there was a basket filled with local traditional foods and fruits, plus every morning there would be freshly baked bread at our door, and on top of that anything we needed Daniel made sure to go the extra mile to make our stay as impeccable as possible! 10/10

Lagoa das Furnas is 19 km from the holiday home and Fire Lagoon is 32 km away. Absolutely everything was breathtaking. Sãozinha was so hospitable, her homemade jam was amazing. The view from the balcony is to die for. There is a dedicated parking space for a rental car, and in the village you can just walk to the shops or the beach. We were blown away.

It consists of 4 independent units classified by the Regional Government of the Azores as units for Rural Tourism, in the form of country houses, maintaining the traditional architecture of this area of the island of s. Miguel, but with the comfort of modern housing. The name of each house corresponds to the ancestors who lived there a few decades ago and the decoration dates back to those times, showing some utensils used by them and a little of the history of that time. All units are properly equipped, each one properly identified. Very good follow up from the host. Car rental via them also worked really well. The house is stunning and it was really a treat to stay there. The breakfast and fruit provided on the first day was very nice. There's a little supermarket within walking distance.

We were 8 people and it was enough space to feel comfortable for all of us. The outdoor sitting area is very spacious too and was nice to spend time at the evenings. The location is just great - supermarket is in waking distance; beach, city, promenade, cafes - all in minutes of access by car. The location is convinient to visit both eastern and western attractions of the island. We had a wonderfil time in this house and woild be happy to come back some time in the future!

The property is situated in the middle of San Antonio with amazing, stunning views on the coast and the ocean. The location is just perfect for trekkings around the most beautiful sceneries of the islands and also reaching Ponta delgada. We stayed with our family and we had a wonderful 3-night stay, with Ms Marilia helping with everything and Mr. Nelson guiding us towards the most amazing culinary experiences. We love the story of the property where the family of 12 lived doing farming and is now a really beautiful get-away property, offering the best of the island. There are 4 separate units, infinity pool, kitchenette for amazing breakfast and parking for the guests that is a must at the island. I personally loved the coffee available since I have coffee all the time and Ms. Marilia making home made eggs & fresh bread. There was also local wine available at the house but we did not try it for my husband bought so many (he is a somelie) - but definetely a really nice gesture. Our kids enjoyed the pool even if it was a bit cold outsid3, but the had much fun. We also enjoyed the views and tranquility at the pool every evening, along with local wine 😊 Super friendly hosts, we highly recommend - we will definetely return 😊
