The hostess Mama Maria was so sweet...she was very kind and loved our children 😁. She even brought us some Greek doughnut type treats that were delicious! It is a beautiful, well-appointed spot on the edge of town overlooking the water. Tris Ekklisies is a lovely secluded place on the South Coast. We were there in mid-April and saw one other person on the beach the two days that we were there. It's a bit of an adventure to get there but driving over the mountain down the windy road and taking in the village's dramatic location was part of the fun (the road is fully paved).

Awesome villas equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Very calm and quite area but still very close to the main road which takes you to Chania or the nearby villages and beaches. This apartment was amazing! The private pool was much bigger than we thought it would be. The beach is just a quick 1-minute walk down the driveway, and - bonus - we had two beach chairs and an umbrella included with our stay. The beach itself was sandy and great for our kids to play on. There was a bar/snack place on the beach also. The apartment had a nice coffee machine, a roomy refrigerator, and most of the kitchen supplies/utensils that we needed. The air conditioning worked very well and was very welcome during the hot afternoons. We always felt safe walking to and from the place, there are several good restaurants and a well-stocked grocery store right up the street. We would definitely stay here again!

That fantastic mountain and sea view that you have in once place is remarkable! Someone may say the location is a bit distant from beaches, markets, restaurants but that was exactly what we liked about. A peaceful rural area that literally charges you for life. We had our rental car, so every day was a new adventure for us. The house is large enough, furnished in a contemporary style with very nice retro accents. Beds and pillows are very comfortable (something that I always had problems with, when travelling). Various and large enough kitchenery.
