Beautiful brand new villa in convenient location. Has literally everything you’d need plus a great outdoor pool and BBQ area. Very comfy beds too! Easy to get supplies at nearby supermarkets and quick drive to Zakynthos Town, Kalamaki, Laganas, Argassi or Keri (our favourite) for sightseeing/lunch/dinner. We rented a boat at Keri, highly recommended! Penny was really welcoming and helpful and the Villa was spotlessly clean. Thanks again!

I have to say something about this villa and I will do it with all my heart! I think that with a single word I can discribe it without leaving anything out: Family. The way they treated us, the love they showed in their way of speaking and the pleasure we had to stay with them, you can feel just when you are with your family. We didn’t miss anything, we felt like we were in our home and to feel like this in a “stranger” house means something, right? This family waited for us with drinks in the fridge, because we didn’t have anything when we arrived there and it was like heaven when we saw them. If you ever think about wrinkled clothes or wet hair, forget about it because you have hair dryer, iron, you can make your own food in their big big kitchen equipped with everything you need. 🥹🥹 Alex came every single morning to clean the pool, and to make sure that everything is ok outside. Everytime we had a question, Alex answered imediatly and he didn’t let us wait. It was an amazing experience and we are so glad and happy that now we have a new friend and we can’t wait to meet each other again, in Zakynthos or in Romania. We thank them a lot, we appreciate this family and we love the experience we had there 💕We already miss them and the island 😭

We loved the villa! It was very spacious and the rooms were amazing. The kitchen facilities were very nice and we especially loved the sun loungers. Our hosts were incredible, we were in contact every day and they would come over very quickly if there were any problems. The air con is very good and our hosts left us a fruit bowl, which they replaced when they came over to clean, which was fantastic. The location is wonderful, but it's around a 30mins walk to laganas so be prepared for this. Taxis are pretty easy to get and its about a 7mins drive to laganas.

Incredibly helpful and nice host. They made sure we had everything we needed and they were always available through WhatsApp if we needed anything. Other than that, the villa itself is wonderful. Lots of space and things to do. We were a group of six and the villa is big enough to get some privacy from the rest of the group if we wanted to. During our stay, the host got us a pool table and we had a lot of fun using it. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Filoxenia Stone House is an amazing villa that is located on a quiet place with stunning views over the mountains. the owners were superb and super friendly.

During our stay in Zakynthos we very much enjoyed everything this villa has to offer. The house is nicely decorated, clean and spacious and the pool is lovely. What might be even better is the incredibly nice host. John is very friendly and helpful which relieved us of a lot during our stay.
