This location was great for me and my husband as we were exploring Wellington. It is a 15-20 minute drive away from the downtown and it was in a very quite neighborhood. The room was spacious with a huge closet that we were able to storage our luggage (1 large bag, 2 carry on rollers, and 2 backpacks) no problem. The host has a cat and dog which were very friendly. The host welcomed us to lounge in the living room area to chat, watch TV, have dinner, pet the animals, etc. The host gave us a shelf in the fridge to store any of our food items. She also allowed us to use her coffee machine to make lattes. Plates, cutlery, glasses, and cooking pans were also free for use. The bathroom was amazing! The tub is huge and perfect for soaking baths. The host provided soap and salt soak for the bath. The shower has a rainfall spout and the floors were heated, making it feel like a mini spa. The towels provided were fluffy and warmed on the towel rack warmer.

It’s clean, the water pressure in the shower is amazing, super comfortable environment with all the mod cons required for an enjoyable stay, the bed and linen are top quality. The location is close to all you need and it’s a beautiful suburb to stay in. Also having a top quality washer & dryer was better than great! The huge comfy lounge that reclines is the best. This is definitely a 10/10 property to stay in and if and when I travel to NZ again this is my first preference. Thank you so much.
