As for the parking, you’ll easily find free parking nearby.

Terletak di Cagliari, 37km dari Nora, Quarzo. Modern Rooms mempunyai pemandangan bandar. The room was great! Very clean and bright, and a great location. We were walking distance to everything. Pasquale was a wonderful host and was very helpful in providing restaurant suggestions. It was nice to have access to a washing machine, that was definitely a big perk because we are on a long trip.

The property was completely renovated - it was extremely clean, simple but stylishly decorated. The beds and linens were of an excellent quality and the bathroom was wonderfully. The room had a view onto a lovely enclosed garden with olive trees, which we could use. Family run with care and thought. Pleasant communication.

The place is brand new and in a key position to discover the city center of Cagliari (15mins drive) and all the great beaches south of Cagliari (20-50 mins drive) from Poetto which is the closest to Villasimius which lies the furthest. If you come by car as we did this is the best accommodation you can get in Cagliari! Owner and his colleague Ana were very kind and always accessible.

Great boardwalk and restaurants.Would welcome another visit.

The host gave us very good instructions regarding the accommodation. The rooms were very nice and clean with big comfy beds and equipped with coffee machine, cattle, TV, A/C etc.

Easy check-in, good communication w/Laura. Comfy bed. Great patio and lawn, we used the v. efficient fridge to chill our wine, & glasses were provided. Room was super clean and very quiet & dark at night (good window coverings). Very short walk to the Sandy beach

It seemed like it had been newly decorated. It's a modern room in an old historic building in a fantastic location. The staff we met (owners?) were really kind and lovely. Bottled water, coffee and snacks were included. Make sure you phone to let them know what time you're arriving. I had sent an SMS with our expected arrival time (as requested) but we ended up being late so there was no-one there to greet us. If I was to stay again, I would call and let them know. This is not a criticism as the staff were fantastic and were there in five minutes.
