We went with 7 people, including two elderly relatives. The hotel was able to meet all of our needs to make sure that the older people's needs for less stairs and private rooms were met. The receptionist was very kind and willing to go the extra mile to help us out. The breakfast was outstanding. The recommended parking garage was easy to walk to and very secure. We booked three rooms and each one was very comfortable and well-appointed with a great bed and a very nice bathroom that had excellent water pressure and modern fittings.

Danilo is the guy who welcomed us. He was amazing. Extremely friendly and positive person. Helped us with taxi for our return and was very welcoming. Thank you, Danilo! The location is very good, right next to the old city and the Sassi but still in the modern part.

Located inside the Matera Sassi UNESCO site area, Residence Le Vie Del Mosto offers air-conditioned rooms and studios set in renovated stone buildings.Matera Cathedral is 300 metres away. Amazing location. View from the terrace was amazing. Really good and delicious breakfast. The hosts are helpful and nice. We arrived early and they let us check in early which was really good for us. Totally recommend it.

The room was exceptionally clean and the host was very welcoming and generous. He offered to take us on a tour of Matera right away. They made a great effort to help us regarding our allergies to fabric softeners and scents. The fridge, coffee maker and kettle are shared between two rooms, but the hosts provide plenty of provisions for an Italian style breakfast.
