The room is not big, but very warmly decorated! The bed was very comfortable, slept very well! The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use, perfect for cooking your own meals while traveling! The host was very friendly and warm-hearted, and the communication was very pleasant. He also prepared a welcome dessert for us! He really tried to make a sweet home for us!

Really huge house. Much better than on the pictures. It has everything you need for a great stay. We felt like the owners ( some duke or very successful merchants from 100 years ago) left it for us to a couple of days. We truly enjoyed it.

Everything was perfect. Bungalow is brand new with Incredible view down the valley. Check in and communication with Margarida was smooth and she was very friendly. Can recommend doing the wine tour, which was great and we learned a lot about port wine.

This is a remote location which after 5 weeks of heavy travel was much appreciated, beautiful views. The earlier reviews noted it was smart to bring my own food which I did. It was a wonderful retreat for a few days! This place is clean it is comfortable and the host is the absolute best. Daniel made sure I found his spot by guiding me there himself due to a road closure, the next day when I got turned around he helped me again. He is gracious very accomodati g and makes awesome PORT!

This guesthouse was very stylish and thoughtfully appointed. It had everything we needed and welcome glasses of port and sweets were provided. A nice touch. It was located on the first floor by a staircase above a very popular pasteleria which is where breakfast was served. This was one of the best breakfasts we have had and staff could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted during our 2 night stay. Car parking was very easy and convenient and free which was an added bonus. The guesthouse is also close to the train station We highly recommend A Tendinha to anyone staying in Peso da Regua who can manage a short flight of stairs.

We had to extend our stay a couple of hours, they allowed us. We had to keep our luggage stored in the property after we left, and they provided a place. Everything is shiny clean and comfortable. They have a fully fledged kitchen available for the guests. The property is well located. The surroundings are calm and quiet in the night. And there are plenty of restaurants at a 5-minute walk range. And the train station is a 10-minute walk away.
