The hotel is in an excellent location. From our room we had a great view of the ocean and it's just a minute down to the fantastic private beach. It is really like a small paradise! So quiet and just breathtakingly beautiful. The room was very spacious, clean and really beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom large with a nice shower and enough space to put all our things. You can decide to eat a nice brakfast at your room which also included for example fresh orange juice, granola, croissants and even a very tasty pastel de nata. This was heaven with the view from our large balcony. And the best was definitely the hospitality! Abilio the host is so friendly always checking that everything is going well and making sure that we are enjoying our stay. He also gave us a really good advice for a nice seafood restaurant were we enjoy a great dinner. Hope that we can come again one day!

The location was very clean, nice and with an excellent taste of details. Our hosts were more than nice, always cared about our well-being and giving us advice what to do and where to go when we asked for it. The breakfast was very good as well and all in all totally worth it!

Very cosy beds with curtains, so you get more privacy, rooms are large. And they have pool, that you can access freely. Excellent staff, great location, and for that price, very nice. Recommend.

Really lovely place surrounded by nature. Everyone was super nice. Would have loved to stay longer but unfortunately I got sick. Will definitely come back here :)

The woman at the reception was very kind and helpful. She was always there for us. We had many issues with transport due to a festival in July, but she managed to help us even if it was very difficult ! We were extremely well welcomed, we felt good in the hotel. I recommend it 100%. Near the city and Portimao (10min taxi). There is a restaurant in the same building : typical portuguese food, the staff is so kind and efficient, I recommend the restaurant at 100% !

We found out this is an independant room and acually it was a good surprise, as we thought we would be sharing the flat with the host. Susana is a sweet person - we have well communicated before our arrival, during our stay and the day we left. She was available in case we needed someting. For instance, I asked for an iron, she was nice enough to buy a brand new one plus an ironboard, and to leave if in front of our door. I can tell, this has been highly appreciated. Alvor is a very charming village, we loved the different restaurants and boutiques nearby. It's 10-mn driving from Praia da Rocha, which was ideally located to attend the festival Afronation. About the room: it was perfectly clean, beds were comfy, we used both the fridge and the microwave, and also the cutleries/dishes. In the bathroom, several towels and shower gel are furnished. An hairdryer is also at your disposal. I have no hesitation in recommending that place.

Caroline is a very kind and attentive host, she made sure to be there when we arrived and before we left, gave advice on where to go for dinner and which beaches to visit. The place was spotless with a nice shower and comfy bed. The terrace out front was a great location to have our morning coffees. It's the perfect place if you want somewhere quiet and a good base for venturing out to various nearby beaches
