Louisa and her husband are so sweet and hospitable! My room was lovely, the food at their restaurant was excellent and they accommodate d all of my needs. I feel bad that I had to leave my room key on their front porch. I hope you found it, Louisa! Sorry. I had to leave early in the morning to get my bus back to Lisbon. Out stay was great. the room itself very tidy and clean, super close to everything. the little refrigerator in the room was very handy. the most fascinating thing though was of course the view on the ocean. we spent long nights on the balcony.

While not "on the beach," the hotel is easy walking distance to the town center. Our room was clean, quiet, and had a nice view overlooking the town. There is plenty of free parking nearby. Make sure to arrange your arrival with the host as you will need specific directions and a key code to enter the building.

Chris was a great host and very attentive to our needs. The apartment was equipped with all we needed, wifi was strong and clean upon arrival. We really appreciated having beach towels and blankets.

The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need. The location was great, only a 4/5 min walk downhill to the old town. There are two mini markets close by where you can pick up essentials like bread and milk. There are also a couple of bars and restaurants close by with much cheaper prices than in the town. The building was very quiet by night and felt very safe. Pedro was a great host and very friendly.michelleIreland

The apartment was spotless, very well equipped and in a quiet and great location. Restaurants, bars, snacks and food shops in abundance alongside the marina. Around 15 minutes into the old town along a pedestrianized route on the clifftops. Overall an excellent apartment and very attractively priced - highly recommended.
