Ana and Emiliano are very nice, friendly and helpful. We felt warm during the stay in Venice. Room is clean and tidy, location is perfect, just 8-10 minutes walk. The host served the breakfast to us themselves, really feel wonderful here.

This residenza was the PERFECT stay for Venice. Not only was it perfectly situated (just far enough from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough that you can easily walk anywhere within a few minutes), but it was beautifully kept and maintained (clean and very traditional) and Maria Elisabetta was absolutely lovely to deal with. Communication was excellent and everything was exactly as described. On top of all of this, the restaurants just outside your doorstep were fantastic and if you’re lucky, you may even be fortunate enough to enjoy a local playing the accordion just outside your window in the mornings <3 We could not be happier with our stay and I highly recommend this property!
