We were travelling as a group of 3 and it is not easy to find triple rooms with some privacy options. This room delivered more than many big hotel chains in terms of offering divided sections. The room is maintained very properly. Maybe the amenities and the furnitures are not the latest model but they are fully functional and in fact providing better comfort than many newer rooms. There were 2 hair driers with good power. The windows have nets and there is enough space for 3 suitcases. The location is great! Right at the main street with many restaurants, shows and bars around. The staff is very kind and friendly. If I were to travel to Orbetello again, I'd choose this hotel.

Great location in the historical center of Orbetello. Warm welcome and a list with the restaurants, received by our host Tommaso. We could also leave the luggage later than the announced check out hour, which was very convinient, as the transport as late in the afternoon. Quick response to all questions we had. Would deffinitely reccomend if you intend to visit Orbetello.

We were out of the high season - so the whole stay was more than pleasurable. Great hosts, great view, good restaurant next door and one of the most beautiful sea towns in Tuscany around.

In general there is a problem to find a parking place but with a patiency you will always find it. The host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is on the ground floor well furnished with an old furniture and machines but working very well. The location is quiet and the city beach is reachable in 10min.

The lovely little terrace was great for people watching and viewing the luxury yachts moored opposite. We hired a boat (recommended by the host) one of our days and had a fantastic time visiting so many local beaches and swim spots. Would definitely recommend to others as it was a highlight of our stay. Check in was efficient and parking was provided a short walk away.
