Wonderful, tastefully designed modern and newly furnished apartment on the 6th floor. The stunning view over the old town with the sunrise and being woken by nearby church bells was just magical. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The memory foam pillow and an extra pillow were a luxury touch we didn’t expect. The host, Federica, was exceptionally helpful and kind, making the experience perfect. We just wished we could’ve stayed longer…

Lobe the facility, the location was perfect for what we needed to do. The host was very very helpful. He met us when we arrived and saved a space for us to temporarily park our car. We moved the car the later to a free parking lot nearby, a place he directed us. He was available to answer our questions and responded within a minute or two. It was as if he was right next to you helping you. There are fruit stores and grocery stores nearby. The courtyard in front was charming. the seafood restaurant nearby has excellent food - best breadsticks ever ! When I return, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Aldo is the type of person that makes you feel at home. He goes out of his way and is extremely friendly and helpful. He prepared fresh breakfast every day, every time with different items, served with a lot of love and creativity. He was always available for our requests and constantly provided us with tips and places to visit. The farmhouse is easy to find when travelling by car. Highly recommended.

Our room with a nice view of Modica was quiet and spacious, very tasty furnished. Comfy beds. Very well equipped shared kitchen, even complimentary botles of water. Beautiful and stylish foyae. Wifi fast and free. Very charming and responsive host, who made very good sicilian breakfast to us in his beautiful mandarin garden. Privat parking in the garage.
